Terms of Service

KMind Zen Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to the KMind Zen website, Web services, plugin purchase flows, licensing recovery, and related product experiences.

Effective date: 2026-03-12 · Last updated: 2026-03-12 · Operator: KMind Zen · Contact: noreply@kmind.app

1. Service scope and acceptance

KMind Zen is operated by KMind Zen. By accessing, creating an account for, purchasing, or using KMind Zen, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts, purchases, and renewals

You are responsible for providing an email address that can receive order records, service communications, and recovery information.

If a plan is identified as a subscription at checkout, it will renew on the billing cadence shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or otherwise agreed in writing, fees for digital entitlements are generally non-refundable once access or licensing assets have been delivered.

3. Licensing, permitted use, and recovery

Your purchase gives you a limited right to use KMind Zen within the scope of the plan or license you obtained. It does not transfer ownership of the software, service, brand, or source code.

You must not resell, leak, share, bypass, or misuse licensing assets, access restrictions, or service flows in ways that violate law or these Terms.

If automatic unlock does not complete, recovery may still be available through your order history, account assets, or a backup activation key.

4. Service changes, availability, and disclaimers

We may update features, pricing, payment methods, messaging, or service structure as the product evolves, for security reasons, or to comply with legal or operational requirements.

We aim to keep KMind Zen available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully lossless operation in every environment.

5. Liability and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost business opportunities, or data loss. If mandatory law limits how far liability can be excluded, those limits apply.

These Terms are generally governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, and disputes are generally handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies where the service operator is established, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
